In the class, I use materials specifically designed for teaching Chinese with engaging and fun activities. These activities not only teach the language, but also train the memorisation skills, logical thinking, sound imitations and cultural awareness.

Vocabulary

Vocabulary is taught with a repetitive method in order to train memorisation skills.

Grammar

Grammar is taught as solving puzzles. I make it fun to encourage students to apply grammar rules to build new sentences.

Special features of Chinese

Culture awareness is important and the differences between languages and cultures are always explored. I aim to show children that every language is unique and fascinating.
